1. General Chairs

General Chairs are responsible for the solicitation and evaluation of papers, the selection of keynote speakers, and other relevant academic affairs.

2. Secretaries

The secretarial group is responsible for paper editing and coordination work, including 1) arranging the conference schedule, 2) collecting, editing, printing and publishing conference papers, 3) news report on the conference, and 4) pushing the conference achievements through various media.

3. Conference Affairs 

The conference affairs group is responsible for the arrangement of the conference venue, the contact and reception of conference delegates, as well as their catering arrangement.
